Our Fees

At The Jacaranda Centre, we aim to make payment simple and transparent. You can pay by card, and we can process Medicare rebates and Private Health Fund claims immediately at the time of your appointment.

The cost of sessions depends on the type of intervention or assessment required. Typical sessions start at $240 per 50-60 minute session. Complex assessments or interventions will have costs discussed with you at referral or during your first appointment. Please note, we are not a bulk billing practice. 

You do not need a referral to see a Psychologist. However, to claim a Medicare rebate, you will need a referral from a GP, Paediatrician, or Psychiatrist.

Eligible families can use a Mental Health Treatment Plan to claim up to 10 rebates per year, saving $98.95–$145.25 per session.

We recommend checking with your Private Health Fund before your appointment to understand your out-of-pocket costs.
